The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping and Returns Policy.
North American Shipping Policy
Regular mail within Canada
The delivery standard for regular mail sent inside Canada is:
Two business days for local mail
Three business days within the province
Four days for national mail
Regular mail to the U.S.A.
The delivery standard for regular mail sent from Canada to the U.S.A. is four to six business days.
All orders are processed within 2 business days. Note that orders may not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays depending on your location. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipment confirmation
You will receive an Order Confirmation once the order has been confirmed. You will receive a shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Horton McSnorton Social is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Overseas Shipping Policy
If you are not able to proceed past the address information page to checkout, it means we are not able to ship to your country free of charge. Please drop us a note using the mail icon in the top right corner of the home page so we can check shipping rates. We appreciate your support and will do what we can to accommodate!

Return and Exchange Policy
Horton McSnorton Social will accept products for return or exchange within 7 business days of receipt as long as the items are in new condition and are undamaged by the customer.
